15 Day Face to Face Course

Overview

The 2012 Certicate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) qualication is a mandatory requirement to train and assess as per Australian National Standards within the workplace or within a training organisation. This practical 15 day face to face course is conducted over 3 weeks at our Malaga Training Centre.

Integrity of Qualication

Maintaining the quality and integrity of the peak qualication for trainer’s and assessors that spans across all industries is very important to us. We firmly believe that to maintain the rigour and integrity of assessment a full qualication course cannot be completed in anything less than 15 days. We are very proud of the standards we have set in TAE40110 Certicate IV in Training and Assessment and will not compromise these. All assessments are completed on the course with extra time added for re-assessments if needed, no post-course assignments whatsoever and no reliance on third party evidence from the learner’s workplace. As a result you can be assured that our TAE40110 Certicate IV in Training and Assessment maintains the highest standards and integrity.

If you are an employer with 4 or more employees needing the 15 Day Face to Face Course we can present the program at your organisation for no extra cost. Our learning guides and assessments can be completely re-badged with your company’s header, footer, logo and look and feel for no extra cost. If your workplace has training templates that you like all employees to use we can integrate these into the training and assessment also at no extra cost.

Intended for

Those who design training, deliver training and perform assessments within their workplace or in a Vocational Education and Training environment.

Units of Competency

Week 1 - Design Cluster

TAEDES401A Design and develop learning programs
TAEDES402A Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs

Week 2 - Delivery Cluster

Week 3 - Assessment Cluster

Certification

Upon successful completion of the above units of competency you will be issued the Nationally Accredited Qualification TAE40110 Certicate IV in Training and Assessment. 

Pre-requisites

Participants are required to have sound language, literacy, numeracy and computer skills.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

People can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning if they think they have already achieved the skills and knowledge relevant to the individual Units of Competency or full qualification.
